Senior luncheon and presentation in Middlebury, at the Middlebury Rec Center, Tuesday April 19 starting at 11:00 am. At 11:15 a.m., Michael Bright will give a free introduction to physical mindfulness training. A CVAA-sponsored meal follows at noon, featuring roast pork with sauce and stuffing, oven browns, broccoli slaw, dinner roll, coconut cream pie and coffee. Suggested donation $4.
