Lumen Celebration of Fire & Light

Join us in Bristol on December 18 for our annual Lumen Celebration of Fire & Light! 

Experience fire performers, a lantern walk down Main Street, delicious food and beverages by Tandem, and fire pits with s’mores at Tandem and the alleyways.

Begin the evening on the Town Green at 5:30 for fire performers Cirque de Fuego. We’ll then have a lighted procession down Bristol’s Main Street to fire pits at Tandem and the alleyways for tasty drinks and eats. S’mores kits will be available for sale (cash only). Festivities wrap up at 8:00.

Because the pandemic continues to be a presence in our community, we have made a couple of changes to Lumen this year to ensure we can enjoy an old favorite in a safe way:

• Lantern making kits are available for pick-up at Lawrence Memorial Library, starting Monday, December 13. Make your lantern at home and bring it along to the fire performance for the Main Street procession! This is in lieu of the lantern making workshop we typically host. • Please wear a mask and try to stand one bobsled apart–even outside.
