If you like sailing, or have thought about giving it a shot, the North Cheever Sailing Club can help, as the Port Henry based club is offering free “Learn to Sail Clinics”. Sailing or racing experience is helpful, but not required. Take a trip down to the newly renovated Port Henry Marina, any Wednesday Night at 5 pm and a club member will get you started. Weather permitting, the club also hosts weekly keel boat races on Wednesday Nights, starting at 6 pm, off the Port Henry Pier. The classes and races are free. Everyone is welcome.
