Enchilada Dinner Fundraiser – Take-Out Only

Enjoy a great meal for a great cause.  This Enchilada Dinner is a Fundraiser for the Lincoln Library.

There will be veggie and cheese enchiladas but no vegan. The veggie filling will be squash based. It will be very hearty with cheese and red sauce. The chicken will have a base of green sauce and the beef will be red-sauce based. The food will be rich in flavors but not spicy.

Stop by Burnham Hall on Tuesday, January 11, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM to pickup your take-out meals.  There will be no pre-orders for this event.

Food will be served in compostable boxes.  Please don’t bring your own containers.
