Neighbors, Together community forum in Middlebury at St. Stephen’s Church, Sunday January 31st, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. This group, which has formed to address how the town can thrive and survive during the upcoming railroad bridges construction project, will meet for Forum 1: “Identifying Values to Protect.” Childcare available for ages 3 and up.
