Visitors can view our studio-office, meet our integrative health care team, try FREE demonstrations of our services, and enjoy Ayurvedic herbal teas and refreshments.
We offer a diverse array of holistic health services, including Ayurveda, Breathwork, Counseling, Craniosacral, Herbalism, Meditation, Reiki, Rolfing, Shiatsu, Somatic Embodiment, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Yoga Therapy, Zero Balancing, and more.
Inspired by the energy that collaboration and reciprocity can bring to the health and wellness of a community, we united as a collective: Carolyn Conner, Sarah L. Frederiksen, Danielle Lafaille, Jen Peterson, and Hanni Guinn.
