ST. ALBANS, Vt. (WCAX) – Police have identified the man fatally struck by a driver in St. Albans on Tuesday night.
St. Albans Police say Michael Barber, 55 of St. Albans was struck by a car around 6 p.m. near the intersection of Lower Gilman Street. He died from his injuries.
They say the driver was Dylan Swann, 27 of St. Albans, and that a preliminary investigation found that impairment and speed were not factors in the incident.
Investigation into the cause of the crash continues.
