BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Vermont bus riders may face commute changes beginning on Monday.
Commuters along the Route 116 corridors will have to deal with a new timetable as GMT is stopping their shared portion of the route between Hinesburg and Burlington.
Tri-Valley Transit out of Middlebury is picking up the slack and will become the sole bus route for the stretch.
All of TVT’s 116 commuter schedules originate in Middlebury, which means that every 116 commuter run will serve Middlebury, Bristol, Starksboro, Hinesburg, South Burlington, and Burlington.
