PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WCAX) – Transportation companies are putting bus stop struggles in the rearview in Plattsburgh.
Plattsburgh has a new pick-up and drop-off location as of Thursday morning.
Flixbus and Greyhound announced that they will be moving all passenger pick-ups, drop-offs, and transfers to 22 Durkee Street.
The new location is the old site of the Plattsburgh Farmers Market and will offer passengers access to amenities like shelter and restrooms.
The move comes after safety concerns raised by lake city residents this summer.
