This will be a moderately difficult outing of 4-5 miles in the Bristol Cliffs Wilderness Area, Vermont’s smallest Wilderness. The area has no established trails and provides habitat for deer, bear and a variety of birds. Heading west from the parking area on York Hill Road, we will make our way towards North and Gilmore Ponds. This will be a great opportunity for those wanting to brush up on map and compass skills. Wear appropriate clothing for winter conditions, bring water and food.
This outing is limited to 8 participants.
