The Middlebury men’s ice hockey team was edged 3-2 by Amherst to close the first-semester portion of its schedule. The Panthers grabbed a 2-0 lead on Saturday afternoon, but the Mammoths recorded the last three tallies of the contest for a 3-2 decision.
