On Saturday, it’s the Heritage, Harvest, and Horse Festival at Fort Ticonderoga.
It will be a full day of autumn fun set amidst the fall flowers of King’s Garden, a heritage apple orchard, and the mountains and Lake Champlain. Spend the day and discover the important role horses and other working animals played in Fort Ticonderoga’s history during demonstrations. Meet Fort Ticonderoga’s friendly oxen duo, stroll through Fort Ticonderoga’s farmers’ market featuring local food, beverages, and crafts, and conquer the six-acre Heroic Corn Maze featuring a new design for 2023.
