One day event, modification of annual Soldiers Atop the Mount, to honor the soldiers who built and garrisoned Mount Independence, and helped build the foundations of the new United States of America. PRE-REGISTRATION for visitors required: call 802-948-2000. Visitors be prepared with facial masks, practicing social distancing, and walking on the grounds. Reenactors offer demonstrations and activities around the Baldwin Trail. $6.00 adults; free under 15.
