Grief and Loss Support Group

ACHHH will be hosting Grief and Loss Support Groups on a weekly basis for all members of the community. The first meeting is scheduled for August 18. These groups are designed to effectively coach individuals through their unique grief in a way that empowers them for their journey forward.
