BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – “Celebrity” waiters will work to raise money on Thursday to help parents care for their sick children.
The Ronald McDonald House of Burlington helps house and feed families staying in the Queen City while getting care at the UVM Children’s Hospital.
Thursday, the organization is working with Waterworks in Winooski to host a “celebrity” wait-a-thon where all tips will go toward the Ronald McDonald House of Burlington.
Members of the serving staff for the night are well-known fixtures in the community, including our boss here at WCAX, Vice President and General Manager Jay Barton. And you can put him to work for you!
That event runs from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and reservations are highly recommended. Call 802-497-3525 to reserve a table.
