RUTLAND, Vt. (WCAX) – A new initiative in Rutland is aimed at enhancing the community’s engagement with nature.
Officials with the Rutland Regional Planning Commission and Come Alive Outside say a new survey is an important step towards understanding and improving the community’s relationship with the outdoors and existing community assets.
